The Lord took me to this group of scriptures. There is a strong warning theme.
Mark 11:13 And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find anything thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet. 14 And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter forever. And his disciples heard it.
Jesus expected to find fruit, when He did not, He cursed the tree, which is often representative of leaders.
Mark 11:17 And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves”.
This is obvious.
Ezekiel 34:1 And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,2 Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God unto the shepherds; Woe be to the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! should not the shepherds feed the flocks? 3 Ye eat the fat, and ye clothe you with the wool, ye kill them that are fed: but ye feed not the flock. 4 The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost; but with force and with cruelty have ye ruled them.
Let’s go down the list referred to in this last scripture.
Do you feed the sheep sound Kingdom doctrine? Does your church see people physical healed? Do you see the bound experience freedom? Do you seek the lost through street evangelism? Do you forcefully rule those who are still living under demonic oppression? That is not healthy!
Ezekiel 34:5 And they were scattered, because there is no shepherd: and they became meat to all the beasts of the field, when they were scattered.
Is your congregation under attack? Do they leave open doors to the enemy causing them to remain easy prey? Do you teach them how to regain lost territory?
6 My sheep wandered through all the mountains, and upon every high hill: yea, my flock was scattered upon all the face of the earth, and none did search or seek after them.
7 Therefore, ye shepherds, hear the word of the Lord;
8 As I live, saith the Lord God, surely because my flock became a prey, and my flock became meat to every beast of the field, because there was no shepherd, neither did my shepherds search for my flock, but the shepherds fed themselves, and fed not my flock;
9 Therefore, O ye shepherds, hear the word of the Lord;
10 Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require my flock at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the flock; neither shall the shepherds feed themselves any more; for I will deliver my flock from their mouth, that they may not be meat for them.
11 For thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I, even I, will both search my sheep, and seek them out.
God will take the flocks of the illegitimate shepherds. The flocks are those who are transforming into true abiding saints. They are reading The Word for themselves and seeing the truth highlighted. The truth that leaders have passed over. The flocks can’t be fooled forever! Only the true shepherds, with upright selfless motives, have a chance in this day. How will grace abound if our theology is twisted? How will the flocks recognize the wolves without even knowing what discernment is? God will not be mocked?
Let us continue-
Leviticus 7:11 And this is the law of the sacrifice of peace offerings, which he shall offer unto the Lord.
Bring your peace offering now before it is too late.
Jeremiah 18:1-12 The word which came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying,
2 Arise, and go down to the potter's house, and there I will cause thee to hear my words.
3 Then I went down to the potter's house, and, behold, he wrought a work on the wheels.
4 And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.
5 Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
6 O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the Lord. Behold, as the clay is in the potter's hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel.
7 At what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, and to pull down, and to destroy it;
8 If that nation, against whom I have pronounced, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them.
What I feel the Lord is saying is, if you repent and make peace with the Lord, allowing him to mold your church into His authentic new testament image, He will hear your cry and turn from the evil He thought to do to you.
The Lord then directed me to the following scripture in which we see the High Priests (temple leaders) making their own personal sacrifices which was a form of confession and repentance.
Leviticus 8:17 “But the bullock, and his hide, his flesh, and his dung, he burnt with fire outside the camp, as the Lord commanded Moses.” The Lord spoke to me, “He does it this way sometimes.”
I must stress here that we have never arrived until the day we step foot into Heaven. We are like an onion that needs peeling, layer by layer. Many leaders believe that inner healing and deliverance are once and done. They don’t seek healing because they are in fear of showing weakness or imperfection.
God is saying here, if you don’t feel comfortable getting help in your own church, do it “OUTSIDE THE CAMP”. We must humble ourselves to see growth and for others to see it in us. We are all on a journey!
Zechariah 11:17 Woah to the shepherd that leaveth the flock! The sword shall be upon his arm and upon his right eye: his arm shall be clean dried up and his right eye shall be utterly darkened.
I felt God speak this revelation, “the enemy is usually involved in any situation where the word is being added to or taken away from.” Repent and break agreement with darkness.
A theme in 2 Chronicles 20 is the enemies of the God’s people destroyed themselves
Jeremiah 2:19 Thine own wickedness shall correct thee, and thy backslidings shall reprove thee: know therefore and see that it is an evil thing and bitter, that thou hast forsaken the Lord thy God, and that my fear is not in thee, saith the Lord God of hosts.
Daniel 4:26 And whereas they commanded to leave the stump of the tree roots; thy kingdom shall be sure unto thee, after that thou shalt have known that the heavens do rule.
Daniel 4:27 Wherefore, O king, let my counsel be acceptable unto thee, and break off thy sins by righteousness, and thine iniquities by shewing mercy to the poor; if it may be a lengthening of thy tranquility.
Daniel 4:28 While the word was in the king's mouth, there fell a voice from heaven, saying, O king Nebuchadnezzar, to thee it is spoken; The kingdom is departed from thee.
Thank you for joining me in this prayer; I sincerely pray that the truth is received through this word. I ask God to silence the accuser and the lies. That He would cancel every backlash and assignment yielded. That His will be done and that His church will arise stronger than ever before. We call forth the manifestation of the true sons and daughters for the purpose of His glory being known all around the world. Amen!
